SplashBI Excel Connect Reports organizes all the information into alphanumeric order by the report name. SplashBI Excel Connect Reports can be found in a view of Reports.
SplashBI Excel Connect provides various options for creating and running reports which can be performed by the end user. The list of the reports owned by the end user(s) or shared will be listed in the Reports screen. End users can choose the reports to work from using the views (see below).
Users can share their analysis with other users in the company or with user groups. Share Report

End users have the ability to create reports from any data source which has been connected to the SplashBI Excel Connect tool. Create Report
Within the SplashBI Excel Connect tool, end users can create favorites for reports that are submitted on a regular basis. This feature is an easier way to run reports that are common and used in everyday job functions. Favorite Reports
End users can view reports which have been submitted before by clicking the 'Requests' icon. Requests
Refresh in SplashBI Excel Connect will update the report list for any newly created or migrated reports done by other end users or developers.
Unshare in SplashBI Excel Connect will unshare the reports from the shared users.
Change To option in SplashBI Excel Connect will change the owner of the reports.
Hidden Reports is checkbox option in SplashBI Excel Connect when hidden reports is checked the hidden reports will be shown.
