The Report sets screen will show the list of all the Report sets defined.
Run report Set:
To run a created report set, begin by clicking the 'Run Report' icon found on the line of
icons associated with the report sets the end user wishes to view which is shown
in below screen.
Now provide the required values for the filters and click on submit button. Delete: The report can be deleted from reports list in report set submission screen.
Schedule Report Set: Report set can be scheduled by clicking on the schedule report set icon in submission screen, which can be seen in the below screen.
Distribution of Report Set:
The SplashBI Excel Connect allows the user to distribute the report set while submission.The distribution of the report set can be done through Email/FTP/File System.For more information of distribution please click here
When distribution icon is clicked the following window is poped up.
Copy of Report Set:
Creates a carbon copy of the report Set.For more information, click here
Favorite Report Set:
Enables the report set as a 'Favorite' for the user. For more information, click here
Actions:
By clicking on the 'Options' icon found on the selected report
line, a series of options will be presented to the user.
Click to
share your report set. This will share the report set to end users.
Click to
export your report set in Actions menu.
Click to
delete your report set. This will delete the report set .
Click to
change the owner of report set.
Info of Report Set:
The information of the Report set can be seen by clicking
on down arrow of that report set
