Drill Down Column

When a report column is set for drilldown in SplashBI tool and user ran the report from SplashBI Excel Connect he will be able to see the drill down column in the worksheet as blue highlighted.

 

 

Now click on any drilldown cell to get the drilldown data as formatted.

Note:

Do not insert or delete column in between the Report Worksheet. If user does that he will loose the Drilldown feature for that report in Excel for that report.

 

 

Report to Report Drill Down

The report to report drill down can be configured in the SplashBI tool. A report column can be set to drill/drill sets / report /URL.If report is chosen during the configuration of drilldown ,the report to report drill down is achieved in output.

 

 

When double clicked on cell for report to report drill down ,the output will be another report which can be seen in below sheet.
