Save Report

 

To save the new report, click the 'Save' icon.  This will launch the Save Report pop up window.  Here, the user can give the report  name, add a description of the report, assign the report to a specific group in the organization, as well as determine which output types the end user will be able to export the report to.

Keeping the boxes checked next to each output type will enable that specific format as an export option.The enable checkbox is used to enable  the report to run when checked and display is used to display the report when checked. When finished, click the save button.

 

Report Settings:
Report settings like MAX allowed rows or MAX allowed time can be done from this tab.

 

Embed Settings:
Embedded BI is a way to integrate or embed SplashBI Reports, Charts and Dashboards into client applications. Embed the SplashBI objects using iFrame or JavaScript API or Access directly from Web-browser from client applications.

 

Click the plus icon to create a new embed BI detail.
