There are two ways to drill down into details, either Double Click on a single cell with balance or use the Drill Down buttons on a single cell with balance to see all details:
1. Balance Drill – this detail will display GL Strings with Entered and Accounted Balances for PTD and YTD Balances. Note: There is default selection to suppress zero balances 
; the selection can be unchecked when a user needs to drill down into a zero-net balance.
2. Journal Drill – this detail will display every Debit and Credit that makes the GL Balance.
3. Sub Ledger Drill – this detail will display all sub ledger details that make the GL Balance; in addition, it will include a group of manual/spreadsheet entries. Both sub ledger and manual entries are individually grouped in one Excel worksheet.
4. Drilldown Templates - Users will be able to modify and share any drill down template in SplashGL.
a. To Modify click on Drill Down Template--> Find and select the template --> Click on Modify
b. To Share click on Drill Down Template --> Find and select the template --> Click on Share button --> Add Users to Share --> Finish 
Assuming new drill template was created for balance drill then select drill template in dropdown box before performing a drilldown with SplashGL.
5. Default Drilldown :- User can create custom drilldowns and they have option to make them as default drilldown while login to SplashGL at balance, journal and sub ledger level.
Create custom drilldown template by selecting drilldown template as standard one and then click on modify tab and make appropriate changes and save it as custom template. Once changes are done make custom template as default drilldown at balance or journal or sub ledger level.
6. Compound Drilldown
Users will be able to drilldown multiple balances for various combinations at balance, journal and sub ledger level by selecting required as shown below.
