Budget in SplashGL allows a user to update budget balances or create budget line items with an existing Organization Name and Budget Name created in Oracle EBS General Ledger. Note: Users cannot create Organization Names and Budget Names through SplashGL .
If the Organization Name and Budget Name exist, then the user can Create or Download a budget template through SplashGL.
Create Budget
Data Loader --> Create Budget--> Add Ledger Name --> Add a Starting Period
Download Budget
Data Loader --> Create Budget--> Add Ledger Name --> Add Organization--> Budget Name --> Currency --> Starting Period --> (Optional) Add Source, Category and Segments --> Click OK
